Poppy Marshall
Speech and Language Therapist
Poppy Marshall is a Speech and Language Therapist at TLUK. She has long held an interest in communication and supporting others, with an English Language degree and experience working with secondary school pupils, English as a foreign language learners, and multilingual preschool children. These experiences led her to retrain as a therapist and continue to inform the way she thinks about language and communication
Poppy completed her MSc in Speech and Language Therapy with distinction at the University of Essex in 2023. Before joining TLUK, she gained Speech and Language Therapy experience with adults in hospitals and the community. She now works with children and young people across mainstream and specialist schools, supporting a diverse range of communication needs.
Poppy is passionate about neurodiversity and embracing differences, advocating for AAC and total communication, and collaborative working to make a meaningful impact.
